As we continue to monitor the coronavirus situation, we wanted to share a few updates you should know about our upcoming Leadership Breakfast event. We have adopted a hybrid approach for our Leadership Breakfast on Friday, September 18. Speaker, Charlie Paparelli will speak live at The 1818 Club from 7:30AM-9:00AM and will simultaneously be broadcasted on Zoom. We want everyone to be able to participate in this year's Leadership Breakfast, so we have made the Zoom portion of the event FREE. In order to attend the meeting online, you still must register below. A meeting link will be sent to all registered guest prior to the start of the event.
As Georgia continues to recover from COVID-19, the Gwinnett Leadership Forum has also adopted the following precautions based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate local government agencies:
- The maximum number of allowable attendees will be 30
- Seating will be limited to 4 persons per table
- Masks will be required to be worn by everyone except while eating
- The breakfast will be conducted with table side service
- Temperature checks of each attendee prior to entrance
Charlie is a twenty-five-year professional angel investor. He is focused on the Atlanta tech community where he is known as the entrepreneur's investor. In additions to his investing activity, he held many leadership roles in his community including:

- Twice the keynote speaker at the Atlanta High Tech Prayer Breakfast
As an early-stage investor in tech services and product companies, he invested in over thirty-five companies. He had a few successes but enjoyed helping these entrepreneurs achieve their dream of starting and building their own company. In recognition of his angel investing efforts and community involvement, Charlie was recently honored with Startup Atlanta's lifetime leadership achievement award.
He and his wife, Kathy, are long-time members of the Church of the Apostles. Outside his church, Charlie leads Bible studies in various Atlanta technology businesses. He's done this for the last twenty-five years. In addition, he speaks annually in Uganda at the Youth Ablaze Conference. Over 10,000 of the poor gather there to learn how to start their own business and leave poverty behind, forever.
